A woman of great resourcefulness and ambition Thendo seeks to use iRecruitBA as a vehicle of empowerment for business analysts seeking to realize their dreams through excellence, dedication and innovation.

It is the brainchild of Thendo Lesley who has over 10 years of experience as a business analyst. During her tenure at leading commercial banks, her skills and expertise garnered her a reputation for excellent achievement in any project she was involved in. This subsequently led to her being earmarked for the position at her current work space.

The personification of “plan your work and work your plan” – Thendo employs her meticulous nature, and close to a decade’s worth of experience in business analysis and candidate referrals, in captaining the iRecruitBA ship.

Funo is our resident financial expert and accountant in the making. She is also no stranger to candidate referrals and has assisted many applicants find fruitful placement within various business sectors.
